1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

International shipping will be introduced soon (please check back for updates).

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery: 5–7 business days (depending on your location).

Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote locations may take additional time.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders .
No any additional handling charge on 
Cash on Delivery (COD)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID and courier partner details.

You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website or through the tracking link shared with you.

6. Delays

While we strive to deliver within the promised timeline, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, festive rush, or courier delays.

In such cases, our team will keep you informed.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details.
